Belait – On August 9, 2025, under the coastal skies of Pantai Lumut, members of the Brunei Hockey Club gazed upon Saturn for the very first time.

The Astronomical Society of Brunei Darussalam (PABD) conducted a stargazing session for the Brunei Hockey Club camp at Pantai Lumut, Belait. The event featured guided observations of the Full Moon and Saturn, engaging participants all night.

Led by PABD members, the session included telescope setup and celestial navigation, offering campers a structured introduction to practical skywatching.

This initiative reflects PABD’s ongoing commitment to fostering astronomical awareness and community engagement under Brunei’s night skies.
