Bandar Seri Begawan – The Astronomical Society of Brunei Darussalam (PABD) is pleased to announce the establishment of a national online directory dedicated to astronomy clubs and groups across the country. This initiative seeks to document, recognize, and connect the diverse communities contributing to the advancement of astronomy in Brunei Darussalam.

All astronomy-related entities – whether school-based, youth-led, community-driven, or formally constituted – are cordially invited to register. The directory which will be hosted on BruneiAstronomy domain welcomes submissions from active, inactive, or newly formed groups, acknowledging that every contribution plays a meaningful role in fostering scientific curiosity and public engagement.

The objectives of this initiative include:

• Consolidating information on astronomy clubs and groups nationwide
• Facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing among stakeholders
• Promoting Brunei’s astronomical heritage and outreach efforts
